Kombucha cider - Kombucha also is tasty warm

Healthy through the fall with delicious cider and kombucha

We have put together an autumnal kombucha cider recipe for cozy, cuddly weather. Kombucha is not only a perfect refreshing drink, but also a warming companion for the cold season.

What you need:

(recipe for 6 people)

  • 2 large cinnamon sticks broken into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of allspice
  • 1 tablespoon of cloves
  • 2 small pieces of Ginger
  • 1 cup dried apples (alternatively 2 fresh chopped apples)
  • ½ cup cranberries
  • grated zest of an organic orange
  • 1 liter Kombucha Original
  • 1 liter apple cider

    And here we go:

    1. Put the apple cider, apples, cranberries, Ginger pieces, grated orange zest, cloves and allspice in a saucepan.
    2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then turn the heat down and let the liquid simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    3. Then take the pot off the stove and let the liquid cool for about 5 minutes.
    4. The small spices are then removed with a sieve.
    5. Now you can stir the kombucha into the liquid and heat it up again if necessary.
    6. Then pour into glasses and decorate with a cinnamon stick.

Hmmmm and your delicious kombucha autumn drink is ready!
