Our Approach to Artificial Intelligence
At Kombuchery, we combine human creativity, photography, design, and modern digital tools. This may include applications based on artificial intelligence.

We want to provide clear and understandable information on how such tools can be used in the creation and editing of content in our online shop and in our communication.

Where We Use AI-Powered Tools
AI-powered applications can particularly support us in the following tasks:

  • Creation and editing of product, lifestyle, and campaign images

  • Generation or alteration of backgrounds, environments, and decorative image elements

  • Cropping, retouching, adjusting, and extending visual material

  • Development of visual concepts, drafts, and design variations

  • Structuring, formulating, translating, or revising texts

  • Generating ideas and working bases for marketing and communication content

Depending on the content, artificial intelligence can either be used only as a support or generate a significant part of the digital presentation.

Representation of Our Products
Our aim is to represent our products as realistically and accurately as possible.

However, some images may be digitally created, combined, or edited. In particular, backgrounds, lighting moods, decorations, ingredients, serving suggestions, and application scenarios may be illustrative.

Representations may also vary slightly from the actual color impression depending on the screen, device, lighting, and individual display settings.

Binding for the product offered are, in particular:

  • the respective product name

  • the product description

  • the information on content and scope of delivery

  • the ingredient and nutritional values

  • the allergen information

  • the information on the delivered product packaging

Illustrative representations do not alter the assured properties or the actual scope of delivery of a product.

Control by Our Team
AI-generated content is not published unchecked.

Our content is selected, edited, and controlled by our team. In doing so, we particularly ensure that:

  • no essential product features are misleadingly represented

  • product information is factually correct and understandable

  • ingredients, effects, or properties are not freely invented

  • the depicted scope of delivery does not deviate from the product actually offered

  • legal and design requirements are taken into account

The content responsibility for published content remains with Kombuchery.

Product Information and Health Claims
Statements about our products, ingredients, and nutritional values are based on the available and legally permissible product information.

AI-powered applications do not replace professional, food law, or scientific review. The specific information on the respective product page and product packaging is always decisive.

General editorial or illustrative content does not constitute individual medical or nutritional advice.

Labeling of Individual Content
If separate legal labeling is required for certain content, this can be done additionally directly with the respective content, in its immediate vicinity, or through suitable technical information.

Not every technical editing or support by artificial intelligence automatically leads to a separate visible labeling.

Machine-Readable Information
As far as technically possible and sensible, digital content may contain additional machine-readable information. This may include, for example, metadata or technical origin information.

However, such information can be changed or removed by image processing, file conversion, compression, shop systems, social networks, or other platforms.

Therefore, the absence of corresponding metadata does not necessarily mean that no AI-powered tools were used in the creation of content.

No Automated Purchase Decision
The use of AI-powered tools in the creation of our content does not mean that purchase contracts are concluded fully automatically or without your input.

Our content serves to present products, provide information, and shape the shopping experience.

Questions and Feedback
Transparency is an ongoing process for us. Technologies, legal requirements, and technical standards are constantly evolving. Therefore, we regularly review and update our approach to AI-powered content.
